Peter Zatko otherwise known as Mudge has before functioned as a Program Manager at DARPA, the high-profile US Military examination and innovation office. Zatko joined DARPA to regulate network safety following his notoriety as an acclaimed and regarded programmer known as ‘Mudge’.

Musk’s group has previously served as the previous chief and organizer behind Twitter Jack Dorsey also.
